We choose this film because it has a
good story which is retelling of a story who everybody knows or already
familiar with it. It’s easy to understand and remind us about fairytale story
movie. It is produced by Disney’s which show’s beautiful of nature. The plot of
this movie is very interested which consists of conflict sad, happy, affected
it brings up into American Box Office. The result this movie the Domestic
profit is $201,151,353 this film has a positive value for audience and it can
be watched by all ages.

SETTING
The film is shot at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England, and any various other locations include Blenheim Palace, Windsor Castle, Old Royal Naval College, and Black Park. The setting of this movie is in the setting of kingdom such as castle, forest, village, and hut. This movie has ancient time setting. Main characters are Lily James as Ella “Cinderella” and Richard Madden as Prince “Kit” Charming. Characters of protagonist are Lily James as Ella “Cinderella”, Harley Atwell as Cinderella’s Mother, Ben Chaplin as Cinderella’s Father, Richard Madden as Prince “Kit” Charming, Helena Bonham Carter as The Fair Godmother. Character of antagonist is Cate Blanchett as Lady Treiman, Hiloday Greinger as Anastasia, Sophi McShare as Drisella, and supporting character is Derek Jacobi as The King, Nanso Anozie as Captain of The Guard, Stellan Skarsgard as The Grand Duke, and Rob Brydon as Master Pineus.

ORIENTATION
The story begins where girl is called Ella. And she sees the world which is not always as it is, but it perhaps can be, with just a little bit of magic. To her mother and father, she is a princess. It is true that she has no title, crown, nor castle, but she is the ruler of her own little kingdom whose borders are the house and mea down the forest’s edge where her people had lived for generations. Ella lives with her wealthy, loving parents on beautiful house in peaceful kingdom. From a young age, she is taught by her mother to believe in the existence magic. Ella becomes friend to many animals on the estate are like a mice, goose and lizard. Everything is perfect until her mother falls ill and dies. Before her mother passed away, she asks Ella to make her a promise that she will always have courage and show kindness to others.

CONFILCT
The conflict begins with Ella’s father marries to a Lady of Tremaine who has two daughters; they are Drisella and Anastasia. Ella welcomes her new step family member; despite her step sisters have unpleasant attitudes.
One day, Ella’s father goes on business. Other night, Ella receives news that Ella’s father has passed away. Since her father died, her stepmother takes over her wealth and then she make Ella as a servant and Ella are given the name “Cinderella” by step sisters. In the morning, Ella goes shopping to the market there is a ball announcement at the kingdom.
On the night, Ella tries to join her stepfamily on the way out the ball, but step mother doesn’t allow for joining. Ella runs into the garden in tears and encounters an old beggar woman, who reveals herself to be a fairy godmother. Using her magic to reveal her true form, then she transforms a pumpkin into a magnificent carriage, four 4 mousses into four white horses, two lizards into two servants, and goose into a coachman and transform Ella’s pink dress into a gorgeous blue gown of a beautiful princess, complete with a glass shoes, before she goes to the ball. The fairy godmother warns that her magic will be lasted until midnight. In the ball, Ella dances with prince whose name Kit. Kit invites her to tour around palace but before he can ask her name, the clocks show 12.00 P.M of midnights; she runs and drops one of her glass shoes on palace stairs. The spell wears off, it causes the animals and Ella’s dress refers to become normal. After the ball, the king dies, he asks Kit to find the girl and marry her.

RESOLUTION
Before Kit becomes a King, he decides
that every maiden is in the Kingdom, they have to try glass shoes. Lady of Tremain
deduces that Ella is the mystery maiden, so Lady of Tremaine smashes her glass
shoe. The Grand Duke and the Captain of the Guards lead a mission to try glass
shoes for every maiden in that country. When they arrive at Ella’s place, the
shoes do not fit to her stepsister. They turn to leave when they hear a girl is
singing.
Then Kit demands to the Captain for investigating the sound. Ella is found, Lady of Tremaine forbids her to try the shoes. But Ella tells Lady of Tremaine never will be her mother but her evil step mother. Ella and Kit meet, Kit apply shoes which fits perfectly with her. At the wedding, Kit and Ella are crowned as the new King and Queen. Ella had promised her mother become courage and kindness, and they live happily after.

CONCLUSION
CONCLUSION
The
film Cinderella is able to hypnotize the audience into the fantasy world of the
story. The acting of actors and actrees are performance good in accordance with
their characters of the story. The location of this film are interesting. This
film can be watched by all of ages. This film gives moral massage that “Have
a courage and be kind” in our life.
